Neurodiversity-affirming therapy with me starts from the belief that your brain is not broken, and you do not need to be "fixed." Whether you identify as Autistic, ADHD, otherwise neurodivergent, or are still exploring, my role is to understand how you experience the world and to support you on your terms.
With 30 years of clinical experience, including many years working with people with developmental disabilities and Autism, I am comfortable adapting to different communication styles, processing speeds, and sensory needs. You never have to mask here.
Together, we might look at burnout, anxiety, depression, relationships, boundaries, or self-advocacy. Sessions can include concrete planning (for work, school, or home), emotional support, and building language for your needs so you can communicate more confidently with others. The focus is on deepening self-understanding, easing shame, and creating a life that actually fits you, rather than trying to squeeze into someone else's idea of "normal."
