Anxiety counseling with me is a chance to exhale, slow down, and sort through what has started to feel like "too much." Whether your anxiety shows up as constant worry, racing thoughts at 3 a.m., or a knot in your chest during the day, you do not have to face it alone.

I draw from several approaches, including generalized anxiety therapy for persistent worry, panic disorder counseling to understand and reduce panic attacks, and stress reduction therapy to lower the ongoing tension in your body and mind. Together, we will practice anxiety coping skills training so you leave sessions with specific tools you can use between appointments.

You set the pace. Some days you may want to talk through what is happening; other days we may focus more on grounding, breathing, or simple shifts that make your week feel more manageable. Over time, the goal is for you to feel calmer, more confident in your ability to cope, and less ruled by fear.
