Grief counseling with me is not about pushing you to "move on." It is about having a safe, quiet space to tell the truth about your loss and how it has changed your world. There is no right timeline here, and no feeling is too much.
I offer grief coping skills to help you get through the hardest moments-those waves that come out of nowhere, the holidays, the quiet evenings. If you are grieving a death, bereavement support can help you process the shock, anger, guilt, or relief you may be carrying, and find ways to stay connected to the person you lost.
Some sessions may be tearful, some may be practical, and some may simply be about not feeling so alone. Together, we will work toward a place where you can honor your loss while slowly making room for bits of ease, connection, and even hope to return in their own time.
